I had never suffered from foot or lower back pain, until one day it hit me. I’ve been a runner my entire life. I participated in more than 100 marathons and was by all accounts in perfect health. And then, one day, I woke up and there it was. Something was stopping me. It was a burning feeling when my feet touched the ground - almost like a bruise. It turns out that I had developed Plantar Fasciitis and I thought I would never be able to run again.
